Word Nerds Writing and Editing provides copywriting, business writing, speech writing, proofreading and editing services to businesses of all sizes, government departments and educational institutions. Located in Belgrave, in the Dandenong Ranges east of Melbourne, Word Nerds helps organisations across Australia with their writing and editing needs.
Michael Gladkoff, the owner of Word Nerds, has extensive experience in publishing, marketing, advertising and public relations. He began his professional writing career in the mid-1980s and has written and edited a broad range of articles, publications, websites, advertisements and speeches for organisations in Australia and the United States. In addition to writing and editing, Michael is a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator specialising in helping people improve their persuasive communication skills.
Prior to establishing Word Nerds Writing and Editing in 2004, Michael worked in publishing for Reed Business Information and Thomson Reuters. He is a member of the Institute of Professional Editors and Toastmasters International. As a public speaker, Michael has won numerous awards for his inspirational and humorous speeches as a member of Dandenong Ranges Toastmasters. Complementing his experience in business, he holds BA in Economics and an MBA.
